Au sein de Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) et dans un contexte agile en pleine évolution, vous interviendrez dans une Tribu en charge des applications de règlement livraison des titres.

En tant qu'Alternant(e) Software Engineer, vous rejoindrez le service IT Transformation & Technology Delivery et interviendrez en qualité de Software Engineer dans une équipe composée d'une trentaine de personnes développeurs et analystes. Après une phase d'appropriation (montée en compétence, compréhension des enjeux et de la culture interne) , votre rôle sera de participer de la conception à la réalisation d'un sujet IT apportant une forte valeur ajoutée au département.

Concrètement, et sous la supervision de votre tuteur(trice)/manager, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Analyser et challenger les exigences métier et technique
  • Animer des ateliers de travail avec les utilisateurs du métier pour affiner ou clarifier les besoins du business
  • Étudier les impacts des besoins en conseillant sur les options, les risques et les coûts
  • Participer avec le PO et l'équipe à décomposer les exigences en produit minimum viable puis en «user story »
  • Assurer la conception technique du produit livré
  • Définir la stratégie de tests et participer aux activités de tests fonctionnels et techniques
  • Contribuer à la gestion du changement (aide en ligne, formation)

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez un Bac +4/5 en école d'Ingénieur ou Université avec une spécialisation en Information, Développement
  • Vous êtes dynamique et aimez la collaboration inter équipes
  • Vous êtes intéressé(e) pro-actif(ve) sur les nouvelles technologies de développement et avez envie de mettre en pratique vos connaissances dans une équipe dynamique
  • Vous avez des compétences en Java, API, Base de données, MicroServices
  • You're fluent in english ? Vous êtes notre candidat(e) idéal(e)
