Description précise des tâches/activités confiées à la personne :
Le Responsable Marketing 360 pilote la déclinaison de la stratégie marketing sur l'ensemble des canaux, assure le suivi du plan marketing et média.
Il a en charge la mise en place du plan d'action marketing et l'amélioration de la valeur client
Il contribue ainsi au développement des ventes des offres et des services et à la fidélisation des clients.
A ce titre, vos missions seront entre autres :
Participer à la définition du plan d'actions marketingSuivre et mesurer la performance des actions marketing on et offlineRéaliser des études de marché en vue de développer de nouveaux servicesRecenser et mettre à jour les supports de communication avec la nouvelle charte graphiqueCréer et gérer les documents d'aide à la vente (argumentaires, book vente, etc...)Former la force de vente aux évolutions d'offres et de servicesCoordonner et participer à des événements marketing, tels que des salons ou des conférences horaire : 34 heures sur 4 joursPause méridienne de 45 minutes
Jour hebdomadaire non travaillé : Vendredi ou mercredi à définir avec l'intérimaire
