Quelles sont les missions ?
Le Spécialiste Data Protection assiste le Délégué à la protection des données assiste et conseille la Direction générale et les responsables de la mise en oeuvre des traitements en matière de conformité aux règles et bonnes pratiques de protection des données à caractère personnel.
Favoriser un développement des activités et la réalisation des projets qui prennent en compte la protection des données des personnes physiques en relation avec le Groupe.
Vos principales missions :
Veiller au respect de la réglementation sur la protection des données
personnelles au sein du Groupe ;
- s'assurer de l'efficacité du dispositif interne de gouvernance et de contrôle de la conformité en matière de protection des données personnelles ;
- diffuser la culture de la protection des données personnelles à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et accompagner la montée en compétence d'interlocuteurs dans les entités juridiques et directions du groupe ;
- interagir en qualité de contact privilégié avec les autorités de protection des données et les personnes concernées.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De formation supérieure type Bac+5 en Droit, Audit, vous disposez d'une expérience de 2 / 5 ans d'expérience en matière de protection des données à caractère personnel acquise dans un cabinet spécialisé et/ou un Groupe d'assurance ou une banque.
Impact: capacité à démontrer, convaincre, négocier
qualités collaboratives,
Sens de la communication et aptitude à développer des réseaux relationnels.
