We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solution Consultant to join our Digital Experience cluster based in Paris.

The Solutions Consulting group works with Adobe customers across all levels ranging from C-level executives, with a focus on the CIO/CTO, to operational teams to advise on strategies and technology solutions to support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation, diving into architecture and identifying a prioritized path forward for customers.

Our engagements employ high level architecture assessments, thought leadership around reference architecture, creation of solution vision and solution design, success roadmap crafting, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. In addition, identifying where these can be driven through Adobe's solutions and services.

As Account Solution Consultant, you'll be our customers' trusted ambassador. You'll learn the cloud software business as you interact with teams across Adobe and a wide variety of our customers on industry-LED. Helping brands to fully capitalise on the era of digital transformation, so they can deliver personalised and substantial experiences across all devices and channels for their customers, and aligning that to Adobe's solutions.

This role offers rich opportunities to grow in the technology industry and to develop key business and analytical skills. We're looking for a strategic problem solver, an effective communicator and a specialist in experience cloud solutions, both from a technical and business standpoint.

You will also have opportunities to lead business initiatives and help innovate the Solution Consulting group's knowledge and methodologies. As well as supporting AEs for their strategic account plans.

What you need to succeed

• Deep experience with experience cloud solution
• Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior leaders (i.e. Managers, Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
• Balance of business & technical acumen, including ability to articulate high level technical solutions to business problems and tie your solutions to program success criteria
• Story teller and active listener
• Content Supply Chain technology knowledge (CMS state of the art, DAM, Collaborative platforms & workflows, etc.)
• Familiarity with Brands' internal Content Supply Chain production systems
• Familiarity with Agencies content production & delivery environments
• Experience with Adobe clouds/solutions/APIs a plus
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the solution delivery aligns with agreed use cases and architectures
• Understanding of modern architecture patterns and solutions including: Cloud-based architectures, (Micro)service architectures, Enterprise integration patterns
• Ability to visualise and manipulate data driven insights from PowerBI and internal solution
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with people at all levels in an organization
• Passion for new knowledge, inventive and able to absorb concepts quickly
• Influence the internal BU on product direction based on the feedback and needs of the International market and document client product requests and requirements
• Build overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence when proposing the technology recommendations to customers
• Help build future technology direction as the customer's business evolves
• Work closely with the Sales organisation to build an effective strategy to support sales opportunities
