Basé à Paris et rattaché(e) au Directeur Général de la maison mère du groupe en France.
Le Project Management Officer (h/f) joue un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe de direction d'IRO et dans la politique environnementale du groupe, en supervisant l'ensemble des opérations logistiques amont et aval, la gestion des transports, des douanes, des approvisionnements, et la stratégie d'implantation sur une échelle mondiale. Ce poste exige une expertise approfondie dans la transformation organisationnelle, la rationalisation des processus et des coûts, ainsi qu'une forte propension à l'innovation et à l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle dans les opérations.
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Supervision des Opérations Logistiques:
Gérer efficacement la logistique amont et aval, y compris le transport et les douanes, pour assurer une chaîne d'approvisionnement fluide et efficiente.
- Stratégie d'Implantation:
Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies d'implantation innovantes en Asie, aux USA, et en Europe pour optimiser les opérations et la distribution.
- Rationalisation et Modernisation:
Mener des initiatives de rationalisation des processus et des coûts, en intégrant des outils d'automatisation et des solutions basées sur l'intelligence artificielle. Mettre en place des KPI's pertinents et également intégrer l'impact environnemental de la Supply Chain dans les arbitrages en plus des coûts et de la qualité de service.
- Gestion de l'Approvisionnement:
Assurer une gestion stratégique des approvisionnements, en évaluant et en optimisant régulièrement les flux de produits et les stocks.
- Supervision de l'Office Management:
Gérer l'office management, y compris les travaux et la maintenance des boutiques, pour garantir un environnement de travail et une expérience client de haute qualité.
- Leadership au sein du Comité de Direction:
Participer activement aux réunions du comité de direction, en contribuant à l'élaboration de la stratégie globale de l'entreprise.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans des postes de direction opérationnelle avec une expérience avérée en gestion de projets de transformation idéalement dans le secteur du retail et du wholesale de la mode et du prêt-à-porter.
- Fort intérêt et expérience avérée dans l'innovation, l'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle et des technologies d'automatisation dans les opérations.
- Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Général et à communiquer efficacement avec les équipes à l'international.
- Solides compétences en leadership, avec une capacité avérée à inspirer, motiver et diriger une équipe vers l'atteinte d'objectifs ambitieux.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et stratégiques, avec une approche orientée vers la résolution de problèmes et l'amélioration continue.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et, idéalement, d'autres langues clés pour les marchés cibles.
