Contexte :
En France, Warner Bros. est l'un des principaux acteurs sur les marchés suivants: cinéma, vidéo, télévision, produits dérivés, jeux vidéo, et dispose d'un catalogue prestigieux (Harry Potter, Hobbit, Interstellar, Very Bad Trip, DC Comics, Friends, Sex & the City, Looney Tunes...).
Vous êtes rattaché.e à notre Direction Commerciale, et intervenez de façon transverse sur les activités Vidéo, Games et Digital.
Dans ce contexte, vos principales missions, non exhaustives, sont :
Vos missions :
Suivi de la performance commerciale :
- Analyse de la performance des produits/titres : anticipation des sorties nouveautés, suivi des prévisions et des commandes, mise en avant des points d'alerte éventuels.
- Suivi de l'activité back catalog (opérations en magasins) : analyse par type de promotions, par réseau, par client, suivi des évolutions et des prix moyens.
Analyse prévisionnelle :
- Calcul et chargement des objectifs commerciaux : analyses chiffrées des titres comparables, analyse de la stratégie marketing, recommandations et validation auprès de la direction commerciale.
- Préparation et organisation des réunions de planification mensuelles (service commercial & service demande planning) : suivi des nouveautés et opérations promotionnelles à venir. Etablissement des fichiers de suivis, contrôle de cohérence des données, mise en exergue des points de vigilance à aborder, compte rendu.
Coordination / Analyse transverse :
- Accompagnement quotidien de nos marques distribuées : réalisation de rapports de chiffre d'affaires, suivi de leurs activités et analyses des opportunités commerciales.
- Etablissement des rapports d'audit interne.
- Analyses ad-hoc : en charge des demandes d'analyses ponctuelles sollicitées en interne par les autres services.
- Référent Salesforce (logiciel commercial) : suivi et accompagnement des commerciaux, garant de la bonne utilisation de l'outil, analyse et résolution de problèmes, proposition d'axes d'amélioration.
Vous :
- Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau bac +4 minimum en université ou école de commerce avec une spécialisation en finance et/ou contrôle de gestion.
- Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience (stage ou alternance) en analyse financière ou en contrôle de gestion, et vous souhaitez approfondir vos connaissances dans le domaine du contrôle de gestion.
- Vous maîtrisez Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules combinées, graphiques...).
- Vous parlez couramment anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
- Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie.
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez une bonne aisance relationnelle.
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et avez un goût prononcez pour les chiffres.
- Vous disposez de bonnes qualités relationnelles
