In recent years, Lydia has developed other services - pot, current account, common account, savings, credit, investment... to become the daily and complete payment application for millions of French people.
With 250 employees based in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux and Lyon, Lydia has set itself the task of changing the codes of the bank by offering all the essential services to manage your money on a daily basis through a simple, accessible and enjoyable customer experience.
Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Product Designer.[Our last article published by the Design team:
]Designers at LydiaThey own the User eXperience (UX) of a group of product features, making sure whatever flow the user is going through is as efficient as possible (mainly accessibility and affordance) and, eventually, enjoyable. This perimeter includes flow orchestration, UI, wording (UX Writing), and tracking. They reach their objective by monitoring, through tests, live performance indicators, and user interviews, the performance and a good understanding of these flows.
What you'll do :
Designing Lydia's core products, mainly mobile but also web and desktop Think about the UX, materialize the complete user journeys, design the final UI Follow carefully your KPIs using Amplitude on a daily basis Collaborate very closely with the mobile team and share precise design specifications with them Quickly prototype solutions and hypotheses in order to conduct user tests Be proactive and creative, put new ideas on the table on a daily basis Go into the field, meet our users (and non-users) to learn from them and return the learning to the rest of the team.
You're in the right place if :
+5 years of experience and at least 1 mobile app launched on storesComfortable in writing product specifications Sensitive to the "Less is more" and clean/efficient interfaces Mastery of design tools (Sketch / Figma) and on the creation of generic components An extremely discerning graphic eye Your decisions are not driven by what others do An important critical sense Fluency in English, written and oral Bonus Skills in User research Experience on keeping a design system efficient You are a Lydia power user and Fintech enthusiast –
