The Role

Employees hired for a pre-professional/professional assignment while enrolled at a university/educational institution, or just after completion of qualification, and work for Kyndryl as a required part of their academic program or work during vacation, breaks, and/or holiday periods or as a placement year, for example, co-ops and interns.

Responsibilities :

  • Customer relationship management: regular meetings such as activity steering committees, billing committees, satisfaction surveys.
  • Delivery of IT services: deliver the client's IT production activities while ensuring a high level of quality 24/7 with teams located in France, Poland and India.
  • Management of technical projects: carry out technical projects determined by the client
  • Management of the Kyndryl teams participating in the contract: personnel review, organizational review, processing of personal cases, employee performance.
  • Contract finance: management of contract costs, income and profit. Management of action plans to ensure profitability at the expected level.
  • Marketing & Communications: Newsletters, quality of media exchanged with the client, management of client events.
  • Business Development: find new sources of development for our services in areas such as DATA management, Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, the transition to SAP Rise and the development of the partnership with our client in co-mode -business. Detection of opportunities on services not covered by Kyndryl.
