Notre client, une institution financière recherche un Junior Third Party Risk Management Officer (H/F).

Notre client doit se conformer à de nombreuses réglementations et maintenir les normes les plus élevées en matière de gestion des risques en général et de résilience opérationnelle en particulier. Dans le cadre de résilience opérationnelle, notre client a mis en place un cadre de gestion des risques des tiers.

Ce cadre est déjà en place, mais doit évoluer pour s'aligner sur celui mis en œuvre au niveau du groupe et pour se conformer aux exigences de la nouvelle réglementation DORA.

Le titulaire du poste serait la première ligne de défense pour les risques liés aux tiers et rendrait compte au gestionnaire des risques des tiers

Collecter les informations nécessaires pour compléter le registre des tiers.

Collaborer avec les équipes Achats et Juridique pour récupérer les informations dans les contrats avec des tiers.

Travailler avec les équipes Finances pour collecter les informations financières liées aux tiers.

Consolider et maintenir le registre DORA à jour.

Garantir l'exactitude des données et le respect des exigences réglementaires concernant le registre des informations.

Élaborer des plans de remédiation et surveiller leur progression.

Collaborer avec le Groupe pour utiliser les travaux et outils centraux.

Participer à la définition du plan de remédiation DORA pour le TPRM et en surveiller la progression.
