Dans le domaine des systèmes et infrastructures ferroviaires, Alstom propose une gamme de solutions de voie ferrée béton, d'électrification (Ligne Aérienne de Contact - LAC, caténaire, alimentation par le sol et solutions de charge et sous-station de traction) et d'équipements électromécaniques le long des lignes, en stations et aux dépôts, pour les projets urbains, suburbains et grandes lignes ainsi que pour les Systèmes complets clés en main.

Les équipes de spécialistes Alstom peuvent intervenir pour les études de conception et de réalisation, la fourniture de matériel, la réalisation des travaux y compris les tests et les essais pour la mise en service des systèmes de transports. Alstom met à disposition ses systèmes et solutions innovantes, son expertise et son expérience du pilotage et d'intégration de grands projets d'infrastructures ferroviaires pour répondre aux besoins et aux exigences de qualité, de respect des coûts et des délais de ses clients pour l'ensemble de ses marchés.

L'ENVIRONNEMENT

Le département financier Infrastructures et Système du Groupe Alstom gère et contrôle la performance financière du site et son portefeuille de projets.

L'équipe Contrôle de Gestion Projet s'assure conjointement avec les chefs de projet de la performance financière des projets ou des offres (marge et position de trésorerie) en identifiant et utilisant tout levier pour l'améliorer.

NOTRE OFFRE

Nous recherchons un contrôleur de gestion projet (H/F) au sein de notre équipe Finance du Pôle Infrastructures.

Ce poste est localisé à Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93). Notre site est desservi par l'arrêt Mairie de Saint-Ouen des lignes 13 et 14 du métro.

Vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion des Projets Infrastructures.

LES ACTIVITES

En qualité de Contrôleur de Gestion Projets (H/F), vous êtes le/la représentant(e) financière du portefeuille de projets (Infrastructures : voie ferrée, intallation de syntème signalisation, électrification / gestion de site) dont vous avez la responsabilité.

Missions

  • En coordination avec le/la chef de projet, vous préparez et participez aux revues de projet semestrielles,
  • Par la compréhension de la documentation et des problématiques du projet, vous gérez activement toutes les implications financières qui pourraient en découler,
  • Vous contribuez aux analyses de Risques et Opportunités afin de proposer des plans d'action permettant d'optimiser la marge du projet,
  • Vous contrôlez mensuellement les indicateurs financiers du projet (ventes, facturations, coûts, encaissements clients),
  • Vous mettez en place et suivez les garanties bancaires et les couvertures de change nécessaires au projet,
  • Vous fournissez une visibilité financière sur le projet lors des différents cycles : budget à 3 ans, atterrissage fin d'année, prévisions court-terme,
  • Vous communiquez des données fiables à l'équipe reporting dans le respect des délais définis,
  • Vous gérez les interfaces avec les autres fonctions d'expertise (taxes, trésorerie, juridique, assurances...),
  • Vous vous assurez que les procédures et règles financières d'Alstom sont respectées et robustes,
  • Afin d'aider à la prise de décision, vous fournissez au management des données financières fiables et synthétiques pour aider à la prise de décisions,
  • En fonction des problématiques spécifiques du projet, vous répondez à toute demande d'analyse ad-hoc en fonction.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Diplômé(e) d'une Ecole de Commerce ou formation universitaire spécialisée en finance (Bac+5),
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans en finance, idéalement en contrôle de gestion de projets ou dans le secteur ferroviaire,
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre capacité de synthèse et analytique, ainsi que votre autonomie,
  • Vous disposez d'une aisance relationnelle et de bonnes capacités de communication,
  • Vous êtes curieux/se,
  • Vous savez prendre des initiatives et avez la capacité de convaincre.
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau quant à l'utilisation du Pack Office notamment sur Excel,
  • Un bon niveau d'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste,
  • Une bonne connaissance de SAP est requise
