Les principales missions sont d' :
- Etre responsable de l'analyse des besoins, de la passation des demandes d'achat de matières et de consommables nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du site.
- Gèrer les inventaires de telle façon à sécuriser les approvisionnements (sans rupture de stock)
- Superviser l'ensemble des activités du service logistique : approvisionnement, réception, stockage, expédition, transport, douanes, achats directs et indirects, gestion des systèmes (SAP) , ordonnancement et planification des opérations.
- Coordonner et supervise les activités liées zones de stockage :
- Coordonner et supervise les activités de transport et de douanes
- Mettre en œuvre les procédures opérationnelles d'importation et d'exportation, des matières, des produits commerciaux et non commerciaux.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Opérations, le Responsable Logistique dirige l'équipe logistique dans le respect des règles de sécurité et de qualité. Il organise et coordonne les activités d'approvisionnement, de réception, de stockage, d'expédition, de transport, de douanes, d'achats directs et indirects, de gestion des systèmes (ERP) , d'ordonnancement et de planification des opérations, ceci dans le respect du budget et des délais impartis. Il participe aux projets d'intégrations de clients en tant qu'expert de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Profil recherché
- Ingénieur Supply Chain avec une connaissance de
Gestion des stocks
Réception, stockage et manutention des matières
Préparation de commandes
Conditionnement et expédition de matières
Réalisation d'inventaire
Nettoyage et désinfection des matières .
- Au moins 5 as d'expérience sur un poste similaire dans un environnement pharmaceutique nécessairement.
- Savoir-être : proactivité, agilité, intelligence relationnelle, capacité à s'affirmer et à prendre des décisions.
