OpenClassrooms recherche un Responsable Learning & Development en contrat d'apprentissage pour un de nos partenaires du secteur de l'entreprise, pour préparer une de ses formations diplômantes reconnues par l'État.
Attention : cette offre ne s'adresse qu'aux candidats à l'alternance qui effectuent leur formation avec OpenClassrooms ou souhaitent s'inscrire chez OpenClassrooms pour leur alternance. Seules les candidatures répondant à ces critères seront étudiées.

Vos missions en tant que Responsable Learning & Development en alternance :
- Mise en place de calendrier éditorial pour les réseaux sociaux
- Création de contenus spécifiques pour les réseaux sociaux
- Modération et animation quotidienne des pages de l'entreprise sur les réseaux sociaux
- Établissement des rapports statistiques mensuels
- Participation à la définition d'un plan d'action opérationnel pour le déploiement de la marque
- Création d'actions innovantes pour la promotion de la marque
- Rédaction d'articles pour les sites de l'entreprise
- Suivi de la gestion de la photothèque
- Appui sur le suivi des relations presse (veille)
Poste basé à 19100 Brive-La-Gaillarde, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Travail en hybride.
Rythme d'alternance et présence
En entreprise :
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Périodes de travail de 8 heures
- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation: 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Profil recherché :
- Bac+2 ou équivalent en cours de formation avec OpenClassrooms
- Bonne maîtrise des réseaux sociaux
- Capacité à créer du contenu attractif pour les réseaux sociaux
- Rigueur dans l'analyse des statistiques et la production de rapports
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Bonne capacité rédactionnelle
