The HR Coordinator will provide essential support for HR and assist with administrative Human Resources tasks. The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions, maintaining employee data, and providing support to the HR team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR team and contribute to the success of HR initiatives. This role will be based in France. Responsible for HR administrative tasks for employees in France, Benelux, Nordics & UKI, including ongoing transactional support e.g., employment forms, benefits administration enrollment & support, leave management process (based on local requirements), offboarding, etc. This role will be based in France.


• Currently responsible for pre-payroll queries, inputs, and checks, understanding that over time this task will evolve as embecta continues to refine its HR Service Delivery model.


• Respond to employee queries related to policies, procedures, benefits, contracts, and other HR related topics.


• Conduct new hire onboarding and enable new employee readiness based on local requirements.


• Ensure accuracy of data in HR systems and databases including Workday, time & attendance, holiday tracking and employee files.


• Prepare employee letters for: Promotion, Compensation or Title change, and other ad hoc employee related letters.


• Support documentation for HR processes, procedures, and best practices.


• Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned.

Experience and Education


• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


• At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management.


• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Workday knowledge preferred, but not required.


• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.


• Strong problem-solving skill and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
