Mission:
La mission du poste de Software Manager implique une responsabilité globale en ce qui concerne la gestion de l'ensemble des actifs logiciels de l'entreprise, ce qui englobe les licences, les abonnements et les souscriptions. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé d'élaborer des stratégies visant à optimiser les coûts et l'utilisation des logiciels au sein de l'organisation.
Votre principale mission consistera à mettre en place les outils et les méthodes nécessaires pour surveiller et rationaliser les dépenses liées aux logiciels. Vous devrez vous assurer que les ressources logicielles sont utilisées de manière efficace, ce qui implique une gestion proactive des licences et des abonnements.
En tant que Software Manager, vous jouerez également un rôle essentiel dans le maintien des relations avec les principaux éditeurs de logiciels. Cela comprend la négociation de contrats et la garantie de la conformité avec les termes et conditions des licences logicielles.
Une autre composante cruciale de votre mission consistera à rester constamment à l'affût des nouvelles fonctionnalités logicielles et de leur impact à moyen terme. Vous devrez anticiper les évolutions des modèles de tarification et des modalités contractuelles, afin de mieux planifier les dépenses et les investissements logiciels de l'entreprise.
En outre, vous serez chargé d'animer les communautés internes affectées par les décisions liées aux logiciels. Vous assumerez la responsabilité de la communication interne et contribuerez à la sensibilisation aux meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion logicielle.
