Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Recruiter your missions revolve around the following axes:

  • Participate in all phases of recruiting new employees (receiving the need, drafting the offer, sourcing, interviews, monitoring candidates, sending proposals, preparing the integration of new employees, etc.)
  • Work in close proximity with management and operational managers to respond to their requests and provide support on recruitment issues
  • Manage recruitment campaigns from A to Z (internship, work-study or permanent contract)
  • Work with your manager and your European team on recruitment strategy and actions
  • Participate in internal and external communication operations (information on hiring, company news, KPIs, etc.).
  • Manage school relations and our internal network of Academy Managers to promote IBM CIC France to students in the region (participation in forums, jodatings, conferences, etc.)
