Are you a dedicated Project Manager / Product Owner with a passion for HR technology? Join our team to play a critical role during the implementation phase and post go-live support of our transformative HRIS project. Where will you be in the organization?

The division

Group Technology Operations (GTO) aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.

The department / team

You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its "IT for Business" duty, our department designs, delivers and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance), most of them sponsored by Group Corporate departments.

Our department relies on a high performing team of 200 experts (mainly located in France and Portugal also with offshored managed services), committed and motivated, creating and protecting value at Group & Entity level.

Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of AXA Business families in Corporate Functions while ensuring excellence and consistency across our products in:

· Implementing, operating, and managing Group and/or Global Solutions

· Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes

· Leveraging a market leader right-shored delivery model

· Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model

About the job

Job purpose

As a Project Manager / Product Owner, you will hold a pivotal position in our Group HRIS program, People @AXA. Your role encompasses active participation during the project's implementation phase and taking responsibility of the product lifecycle for our entities post-Go-live support. Reporting to the Product Executive Manager, you will take on diverse responsibilities.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

· PMO governance: Ensure the project is aligned with the organization's strategies and the PMO's methodology. You'll align project goals, establish project performance benchmarks, and apply a project governance framework to guarantee compliance.

· Deliverables and Documentation: Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables, and maintain comprehensive documentation of project management approaches, strategies, and activities. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep the project on course. Maintain detailed records to facilitate effective communication and reporting.

· Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks that could impede the successful implementation of the project. Troubleshoot any project issues and facilitate the resolution to get the project back on track.

· Resource Management: Efficiently manage and allocate resources (both human and material) to maximize productivity and keep the project within budget.

· Communication Management: Streamline communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and other crucial details. This includes vendor team, project team, change management, leadership, and other stakeholders.

· Change Management: Oversee change management processes pertaining to the project, ensuring that any system or process changes are smoothly incorporated and cause minimal disruption to the ongoing project.

· Quality Management: Establish quality standards and ensure they are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.

· Reporting: Provide comprehensive project reports to track progress and support decision-making. Regularly update project milestones and status in PMO system and the Talent Acquisition Project Management office.

· Continuous Improvement: Post-implementation, conduct project reviews and audits to identify areas of improvement. Implement better practices in PMO techniques, tool usage and adapt to lessons learnt from these sessions for future waves.

· Product knowledge: Gain in-depth solution and process knowledge during the project to support its successful implementation and handover the product lifecycle after the go live.

· Post Go Live shaping: Design and build post-Go-live procedures and define the post-Go-live service catalog. Maintain project documentation according to our standard processes, including configuration workbooks, requirement traceability matrices, and project management plans. Revise the catalog of services that will support core model enhancements and updates. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor product post go live support level.

· Post Go Live activities: Ticket Management for HR Solutions BAU based on the catalog of services. Development and maintenance of requests. Each development request will go through the required quality process, and all related documents will be placed on the shared portal. Weekly meetings with our internal and external stakeholders to update them on progress. L1, L2 and L3 support.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

To excel in the role of Project Manager / Product Owner the ideal candidate will possess:

· Proven track record as a Project Manager / Product Owner, around 5-7 years' proven experience successfully managing end-to-end project lifecycles, demonstrating understanding of project and support processes, and adapting them to support project needs.

· Previous involvement in HRIS system implementations, particularly in an international context.

· Experience with data migration, system integration, and various testing methodologies.

· Industry Experience: Preferably within the HR industry, managing projects on system implementation, product lifecycle and process improvement.

· Demonstrated expertise in creating solution documentation and maintaining project documentation in alignment with standard processes.

Technical skills

The Project Manager / Product Owner should be well-versed in the following technical areas:

· Project Management Tools: Proficiency in PMO workflow tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Trello or similar software for project planning, execution, and communication.

· PMO Methodologies: Solid understanding of PMO methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum. Certification in one or more is a plus.

· Proficiency in HR technology solutions and tools, with the ability to configure and manage HRIS systems.

· Data Analysis: Ability to analyze project and support related data using tools to provide actionable insights and reporting.

· IT Systems: Good understanding of IT system principles, with an ability to work closely with technical teams and vendors for system implementation and support.

Soft skills / transversal skills

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner who exhibits the following soft skills and qualities:

· Leadership: Ability to guide, motivate and manage project teams to achieve the project objectives.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to articulate complex information to a variety of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

· Problem-solving: Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions to project challenges.

· Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

· Adaptability: Ability to respond to changing project requirements and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing stakeholders at all levels across the organization and externally.

· Emotional Intelligence: The capacity to understand and manage your own emotions, and those of the people on your team, fostering a positive working environment.
