Provide new, existing and potential customers with the best possible service with regard to service requests, suggestions and level 2 complaints.

Resolve customer queries and complaints fairly and efficiently.
Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, Project Management, Product and Technical Services, Claims, to ensure that customer expectations are met and that customer-focused activities are appropriately supported by key personnel, both internally and at the customer site.
