Job summary

This role is responsible for the support of the ongoing implementation processes and activities related to the creation of the new solutions and ultimately onboarding of new revenue for the Digital Solutions group in the designated region for Iron Mountain. These activities will yield successful onboarding of new Customer projects or new solutions that meet the requirements & timeframes of Customers as well as the operational & financial expectations of Iron Mountain. This role encompasses the building and testing of new solutions for IRM customers

Your role in our mission:

Providing advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and modification of solutions.

Implementing improvements of new and existing digital solutions.

Standardise, automate and simplify new and existing digital solutions.

Ensure the documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the whole process.

Identify and evaluate innovative and alternative approaches.

Provide customer-specific solutions.

Executing standard processes & methodologies

Build, support and develop technology solutions.

Assist Project/Programme Managers with the development – provide subject matter expertise to ensure project plans reflect the right level of detail

Leverage industry experience & background to advise/course-correct plans

Actively support and Comply with all IT Governance activities

Key relationships (External & internal contacts) - IT Resource Managers – within Europe, Implementation Managers, Managers of technology entities

Focus (Nature of interaction): Designing, building, developing, and testing a stack of tech-based solutions, and supporting those solutions across Europe

Valued skills and experience:

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Forms, Kofax environment, Global Scape are beneficial but not essential.

Relevant hands-on software development experience with C# and Visual Basic.Net.

Must be able to deliver work efficiently through formal and informal channels and display broad understanding of practices and policies

Ability to work well in a globally matrixed organization that is fast paced with heavy competition for scarce resources

Must be able to manage programmes assigned such that high-impact issues are identified, understood, communicated, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to the programme

Must have clear, executive level, excellent written and verbal communications skills – well targeted based on the level of audience within and outside the organization
