MISSION DU DEPARTEMENT
L'équipe des projets d'architecture d'entreprise examine, évalue et surveille les besoins du bureau à l'échelle mondiale et l'affectation du budget connexe.
En étroite collaboration avec Maison Local Store Design and Planning et Richemont Real Estate, l'équipe veille à ce que tous les projets soient livrés à temps, au coût attendu et avec la qualité requise.
Le département est également directement en charge de l'expansion et de la rénovation des sièges centraux à Paris et Genève et des bureaux de la Manufacture.
DESCRIPTION DES MISSIONS
Pour soutenir l'équipe, nous recherchons un Data Project Manager dont la principale responsabilité sera de créer une solution numérique sur mesure pour partager des dashboards et des informations avec nos différents publics.
Il/Elle mène cette mission selon les principes suivants : réactivité, orientation client interne, approche de résolution de problèmes de manière reproductible et évolutive.
Sous la responsabilité de votre gestionnaire, vous contribuerez aux missions suivantes :
Gestion et analyse des données de référence :
• Créer et maintenir la base de données des bureaux (caractéristiques des bureaux, conditions de location, Capex...)
• Comprendre les besoins internes des clients et les traduire en exigences techniques
• Mettre en œuvre une solution de visualisation des données avec des vues agrégées et détaillées, des informations qualitatives et quantitatives
Plateforme de partage :
Avec le soutien de l'équipe numérique, concevoir le portail des projets du Bureau pour partager l'information avec nos différents publics :
• Cartes d'identification de projet WW pour le public de Cartier, le siège et la région
• Formulaires de collecte de données avec les équipes locales
• Collaboration avec Richemont Real Estate, ...
Analyse et renseignements ponctuels :
• Soutien opérationnel : assister l'équipe dans différents projets ou présentations
• Stratégie en matière de milieu de travail : surveiller les renseignements pertinents de sources ouvertes sur les principaux intervenants dans le domaine (nouvelles, études) et partager les rapports de synthèse
PROFIL RECHERCHE
• Maîtrise en sciences, ingénierie ou économie
• Expérience du rôle d'analyste - conception de la base de données et du tableau de bord (PowerBI)
• Vaste expérience de la suite MS Office (SharePoint est un atout)
• Organisation, proactivité et recherche de solutions
• Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles - capacité à développer et à entretenir des relations de collaboration
• Bonne maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais
