Les équipes d'ingénierie en charge de la R&D/du développement de produits de TE Connectivity conçoivent des idées originales de nouveaux produits et les mettent en pratique. Elles sont responsables du développement de produits et de la qualification, de l'identification du marché à la commercialisation, en passant par la production ; elles participent à la qualification des fournisseurs de nouveaux produits pour veiller à ce que ceux-ci fournissent des pièces de qualité, le matériel et les services nécessaires aux nouveaux processus de fabrication ou aux processus de fabrication améliorés ; elles mènes des études de faisabilité, testent les nouvelles conceptions et conceptions modifiées ; elles dirigent et participent à la conception détaillée, aux tests, à la fabrication de prototypes et à la rampe de production. Les équipes d'ingénierie en charge de la R&D/du développement de produits fournissent toute la documentation produit requise, notamment le modèle solide, les dessins de production 2D/3D, les spécifications des produits et les exigences des tests. Elles créent et modifient les dessins détaillés et les ébauches ou les modèles conceptuels à partir des croquis, des esquisses préliminaires ou des notes, et participent aux modifications des conceptions visant à faciliter la fabrication ou à garantir la qualité des produits. Ces équipes incluent généralement les compétences suivantes : matériaux, mécanique et systèmes, électricité, optique, chimie, logiciels, systèmes d'automatisation, emballages, tests et mesures, et fabrication des produits et des composants électriques, mécaniques et électroniques, et intégration de ces composants dans les systèmes.

What your background should look like:

Misions :

· Conception de nouveaux produits dans le cadre du cycle complet de développement des produits : De l'appel d'offres du client. (Request For Quotation) jusqu'au SOP (Start of Production).

· Analyser les exigences et les spécifications client (VOC).

· Élaborer des propositions de conception de produits à l'aide d'outils de CAO, à différents stades de développement : Concept, conception, développement en respectant la qualité, coût et délais

· Appliquer des outils de vérification de la conception ex, calculs, simulation mécanique

· Définir le plan de test DV (validation de la conception) et PV (validation du produit).

· Réaliser la conception de pièces prototypes, de modèles CAO et de dessins. Assurer le suivi du prototypage

· Participation active aux AMDEC du produit et aux revues de conception du produit.

· Vous êtes l'Interface technique avec les sites de production internes et/ou externes (fournisseurs).

· Soutenir le process PPAP.

· Collaboration avec les autres équipes pour assurer l'alignement des projets et les objectifs (marketing, qualité, service industrialisation, la production, les achats, le service chiffrage, le laboratoire de test et de validation, le service calcul par éléments finis etc. ainsi qu'avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les sociétés de services d'ingénierie externes.

Profil :

· diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste avec option en génie mécanique et/ou spécialisation en conception de produits.

· Connaissance approfondie des matières plastiques, du moulage par injection, de la conception d'outils et de pièces.

· Maîtrise des logiciels de CAO : CREO de préférence.

· Connaissance des normes de dessin GD&T, de l'AMDEC et de l'élaboration de plans de validation.

· Expérience technique dans l'industrie automobile ou dans un secteur connexe.

· Excellentes compétences en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
