Ce que vous allez faire si vous nous rejoignez :
Vous interviendrez au sein des équipes, à taille humaine, de l'agence Atos Technical Services de Nantes.
Intégré(e) au sein de notre structure de management, vous prendrez en charge les activités suivantes :
* Suivi et la tenue des indicateurs qualité, des indicateurs de suivi de la performance de la LBU et des données financières
* Suivi de la tenue de ces indicateurs et de ces chiffres
* Suivi de la charge de l'activité des collaborateurs de la LBU
* Reporting de la LBU pour les différentes instances de pilotage (Atos et Client)
* Animation de ces instances de pilotage
* Gestion de la prise en compte et du suivi des actions, des alertes et des risques identifiés et participation à la résolution et l'application des solutions
* Assistance auprès des assistantes de gestion des commandes, des factures et de l'activité des sous-traitants
* Assistance du Commerce dans le suivi des marchés, mise en place de déclaration de sous-traitances (DC4)
* Recrutement
* Accueil nouveaux arrivants

Votre profil :
* De niveau Bac+3/4, vous suivez une formation supérieure en école de commerce ou de management ou en ressources humaines
* Vous excellez en EXCEL
* Vous avez une véritable appétence pour le commerce
