Air Liquide France Industrie réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique et Hydrogène. La filiale compte 2300 collaborateurs, répartis sur 80 sites sur l'ensemble du territoire, et sert plus de clients, de l'artisan aux industriels de la pétrochimie, des laboratoires d'analyse au secteur des semi-conducteurs et à la métallurgie.

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?

Procurement is a major support to the performance of our operations. In order to accelerate and boost its contribution to Group objectives, Europe procurement has undertaken in recent years a significant transformation of its mindset, organization, buying strategies, processes and tools, focusing on developing more business centricity with the operations and capturing more value from the suppliers' markets.

As an indirect buyer specialized in Energy you will be responsible for managing energy contracts related to energy used on tertiary sites or low power industrial sites in France for all business lines within the AirLiquide group. Within the Europe Procurement organization, and reporting to the Indirect Buyers Manager South West (team of 10 colleagues) , your main missions involves :

• Strategy building and deployment : With the support of the category manager and in relation with internal stakeholder and energy experts, you will build and ensure the deployment of the energy procurement strategy in France. (tender timeline, type of contracts, perimeter evolution, contract consolidation, etc)
• Procurement of energy blocks : With the support of internal energy experts and category manager you will draw up the previsionnal calendar for in advance energy block procurement as well as monitor energy market to ensure best procurement timing.
• Strategic Sourcing : Identify and evaluate potential energy suppliers, conduct market research, and stay updated on legal, technical and political context.
• Contract Negotiation : Organize tender as well as negotiate contracts and agreements with energy suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Supplier Management : Develop and maintain close relationships with key energy suppliers, monitoring performance and resolving any issues that arise.
• Energy efficiencies reporting : Monitor and report efficiencies related to energy contracts.
• Sustainability Initiatives : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the company's sustainability goals, including the procurement of renewable energy sources.

Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?

This job is for you if you have a Master degree in Procurement, Business or Engineering with a proven experience in a similar job of over 3-5 years, ideally in the industrial sector :

• Interest and curiosity for the energy sector,
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
