Data Analyst - Business/Service & Product Performance - Global Customer Service - All Genders

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work and grow within the Global Customer Service department/unit and will report to Global Customer Service Operations Vice President within a team of 5 co-workers.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

As a Products & Services Performance Analyst within the Global Customer Service Operations department, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of products and services across our immunoassays, molecular biology, Data & IT, and microbiology ranges. You will work cross-functionally to consolidate performance indicators and contribute to the strategy for improving customer satisfaction and operational performance within our teams.

Participate in the collection and analysis of data necessary for product definition and evolution.Collaborate with the data science and product teams within Global Customer Service Operations to produce relevant analyses of product-related complaint data, identifying trends that highlight potential performance issues.Structure and disseminate information regarding the performance of our products and services, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service.Identify deviations from objectives, consolidate and track action plans at a global level, supporting product teams in executing these actions.Participate in the facilitation of a "G-CSO & Product Performance" community to encourage the exchange of best practices.Create reports and integrate them into various communication channels for relevant stakeholders, including department management, regional and local service managers, R&D, Vigilance, and Marketing.Serve as the administrator of the Salesforce platform for G-CSO.

Who are you?

University degree at Bac +5 level, preferably in sciences and/or business, with a keen interest in data analysis.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, business analysis, data science, or other roles with a strong analytical component and a service and/or business-oriented mindset.Proficiency in tools such as Sales Force CRM.Proficient in SQL language for importing and managing data in databases.Knowledge of Python programming language.Familiarity with common Data Visualization and Business Intelligence methods and tools such as Tableau.Experience in service activities would be a plus.Fluent in French and English, with the ability to work cross-functionally and a problem-solving attitude.Ability to work in project mode, quickly acquire mastery of new tools, methodologies, and concepts, and deliver quality results
