Quelle sera votre mission chez bioMérieux ?
- Démontrer et promouvoir la valeur clinique et économique de nos produits auprès des cliniciens, biologistes, et personnel de santé en:
- Promouvant les produits et services de bioMérieux au travers de démonstrations, d'évaluations ou de visites de sites
- Coordonnant l'éducation des professionnels de santé
- Participer à des initiatives éducationnelles et promotionnelles (salons professionnels et congrès, symposiums et autres événements médicaux...) au niveau local, régional ou national.
- Soutenir le développement d'un réseau de leaders d'opinion parmi les cliniciens, les laboratoires et l'administration.
- Identifier et dialoguer avec les décideurs et les influenceurs afin de stimuler la demande et d'augmenter la prescription de nos solutions de diagnostic, et ainsi contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
- Collaborer au sein de l'équipe de vente sur le terrain afin de développer les chiffres d'affaires (reporting de la satisfaction client, des besoins et des tendances du marché, création de nouvelles opportunités de revenus, aide à l'exécution du plan de fidélisation des clients cruciaux)
- Soutenir les aspects opérationnels des études cliniques en collaboration avec les affaires médicales.
Déplacements à prévoir sur le terrain à la hauteur de 60% du temps
Qui êtes-vous ?
- Titulaire d'un Bac +3/5 minimum dans le domaine scientifique (médical/pharmacie ou dans un domaine connexe de la santé) exigé
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en vente dans le domaine du diagnostique (ou domaine connexe)
- Une bonne connaissance de l'environnement hospitalier (parcours des soins cliniques) et de son fonctionnement est indispensable.
- Capacité à travailler en cross fonctionnel
- Maitrise de l'anglais
