Au sein de l'activité Services en région Ile de France, nous accompagnons plus de 40 clients grands comptes et institutions publiques dans tout secteur d'activité dans la transformation de leur système d'information, à travers la mise à disposition de moyens humains et techniques.
Le Responsable des Opérations en Centres de Services est garant de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction des clients de son périmètre.
Il s'assure de la mise en œuvre des moyens nécessaires à l'exploitation courante de l'activité et à la production des engagements contractuels, en garantissant notamment la tenue des objectifs de marge par la maîtrise et l'optimisation des coûts opérationnels.
Il est responsable du suivi financier sur son périmètre : il gère la consolidation financière de l'activité en cours avec le Directeur des Opérations Centres de Services, auquel il est rattaché.
En outre, il a une vision transverse des dossiers de transformation sur son périmètre et en assure le suivi consolidé.
Gestion de l'activité opérationnelle

• Garantir l'atteinte des engagements contractuels de votre périmètre

• Effectuer le suivi opérationnel de la prestation : coordination des actions, mise à disposition des outils, gestion de la disponibilité

• Analyser et proposer des axes d'amélioration sur la production, les garanties, les SLA et les indicateurs de performance

• Veiller au respect de l'application des procédures

Suivi client

• Assurer l'interface opérationnelle permanente entre le client et les équipes internes

• Préparer le reporting de production

• Préparer et mener les comités techniques avec le client

• Participer aux comités de pilotage avec le client et le manager du compte

Management des ressources

• Déterminer les besoins en ressources pour la réalisation de ses prestations

• S'assurer de l'adéquation des profils et des compétences avec les prestations à produire

• Gérer l'organisation opérationnelle de son équipe et maîtriser les ressources opérationnelles (remplacement, planning de congés, horaires...)

• Assurer l'intégration et le suivi de mission des collaborateurs

• Organiser et animer les réunions de communication auprès de son équipe
