Human Resources Manager

Karry Food Industries is a Big Saudi Investment In Egypt, manufacturing tomato paste & fruit puree in bulk. The factories are located in Sadat city, on a space of 50000 sqm and designed to match the EU standards. Karry Food Industries is Export Oriented Factory.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Markaz El Sadat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations and procedures, including but not limited to hiring processes, employee relation issues, benefits administration, and training and development programs. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and company policies.

• Experience in managing HR operations and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of local legal requirements and company policies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team and maintain delegate responsibilities effectively
• Experience in the food industry or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
  

Additional qualifications preferred may include knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS), experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and experience in managing HR projects.
