Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in project finance or M&A / renewables sector
  • Master's degree in finance or economics
  • Experience in digital, use of data and/or IT
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, in both oral and written forms;
  • Capable of advancing multiple work streams simultaneously, autonomy
  • Leadership to deliver and execute development
  • Fluent in English & French, experience working in multi-cultural environment

Activities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Digital Leader will be to endorse the responsibility to identify and pilot the implementation of value opportunities related to digital, use of data and/or IT technologies in the business domain of Structured Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions.

The main following tasks can be complemented by other duties which will be assigned on a need basis.

In the course of Induspark program, develop a comprehensive digitalization strategy to optimize Structured Finance and M&A operations in line with industry best practices:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in SF and M&A teams to identify value opportunities related to digital, use of data and/or IT
  • Lead pre-framing (objectives, value, data requirements, dependencies, etc.) and prioritization of identified use cases with a focus on value creation
  • Develop the digital strategy and deploy its roadmap

Active member of the eSpark program team (led at GRP branch level) as Digital Leader of the Better Financing and Industrialize farm-down initiatives:
  • Develop privileged relationships with cross-functional teams of the Company inside REN and beyond (Integrated Power BU, Digital Factory, Trading, etc)
  • Foster the innovation process for the 2 initiatives:
    • Better Financing
  • define the financing strategy
  • facilitate the access to non-recourse financing / bankability review at early stage
  • industrialize the financing process
  • organize the best-in-class support to financing process
  • KPIs: Financing execution cost & timing, floating rates hedging optimizations
    • Industrialize Farmdown
  • maximize LT portfolio value in farm-down's strategy
  • set-up a robust governance
  • execute farm-down deals with best-in-class processes,
  • KPIs: EV/MW, EV/EBITDA, farm-down execution cost and timing, gain in ROACE
  • Ensure the compliance of digital products and IS applications to regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Define and implement a Change Management strategy to ensure working team adhesion to the new solution developed. This can be through procedures, webinar, training session...
  • Track and consolidate the value delivered throughout the lifecycle of his/her domain's digital products and IS applications

Deploy and monitor the implementation and iterate with product development teams to validate intermediate deliverables and digital solutions

Drive the adoption of digital products and IS applications, providing change management support where necessary
