• Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste
• Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans l'après-vente et la gestion de base installée, le suivi contractuel et la relation client dans un environnement B to B international et industriel.
• Connaissance du marché des équipements industriels mécaniques/thermiques/électrique et des réseaux électriques.
• Anglais lu écrit parlé couramment ; forte aptitude à communiquer en externe et en interne,
• Force de proposition et de persuasion,
• Forte aptitude au management transverse,
• Rigueur
• Haut niveau d'autonomie
Activities
En tant que collaborateur de la division ESS, le Service Manager aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assure la réception dans la base installée des projets nouvellement déployés par la Direction Projet en assurant une transition adéquate avec le client.
- Suit la bonne exécution des contrats de Services de la base installée, qui lui sont rattachés, comprenant à la fois les projets sous ou hors garanties équipements et sous ou hors garanties de performances tels que : les plans de maintenance préventive & corrective, les formations clients, la gestion des stocks de pièces détachées, la planification/suivi/reporting des tests de performances par projet au client et en interne, la coordination de l'analyse de la performance technique de la base installée, le suivi contractuel et financier (bonus/malus) de chaque projet séparément et de la base installée, la contribution aux plans de charge & de formation des équipes terrains, la coordination avec les fournisseurs de Services externalisés.
- Apporte une expertise forte dans le management transverse pour coordonner l'ensemble des acteurs internes nécessaires à l'exécution des contrats de Services : Ingénierie, Qualité, Opérations Terrain, Logistique, Juridique, Finance.
- Gère proactivement ou en réponse à une demande client l'élaboration d'offres de Services après-vente pour les installations hors-garantie et pour les contrats à renouveler.
- Interagit avec les équipes développement pour la mise en place des nouveaux outils : GMAO, I-SIGHT. Validation de rédaction de documents en lien avec les activités service. Revu de design : questions sur les impacts.
- Garanti la satisfaction client et le respect des contrats et respecte les délais.
