Le poste de Viatris Santé - Opérateur de Production H/F



Dans le cadre du développement de l'activité de cette entreprise qui évolue sur le secteur des dispositifs médicaux, vous allez intégrer les équipes de production, sur un poste d'Opérateur de Production Contrôle Qualité, votre travail sera :

* Réception des sets orthokits prêts et dépôts (pointage et déballage des colis en retour des établissements de santé),
* Vérification de la conformité du certificat de stérilisation,
* Pré-réception physique et informatique des sets,
* Contrôle des kits (prêts, dépôts, nouveaux) en fonction des priorités définies par le Coordinateur,
* Vérification de la propreté des sets,
* Contrôle quantitatif selon la nomenclature créée par le Product Manager dans JDE,
* Vérification fonctionnelle des sets selon la procédure définie,
* Retour physique et informatique des sets, remplacement et réapprovisionnements des pièces manquantes ou défectueuses,
* Stockage des modules dans les zones définies,
* Redéploiement des kits en coordination avec le service Supply,
* Préparation des commandes de réapprovisionnement des sets chez le client (picking),
* Réalisation des inventaires.

Maîtrise du Pack Office et du logiciel Oracle est nécessaire.

Le profil recherché

Nous recherchons un Opérateur de Production Contrôle Qualité pour une industrie du dispositif médical qui se montrera : ponctuel, rigoureux et minutieux. Il est nécessaire de se montrer polyvalent, travailleur, motivé. Le travail en équipe sera la clef du succès au sein de cette entreprise sur le secteur du dispositif médical située aux portes de Lyon.
