Candidate Profile

  • De formation initiale ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 à 10 ans en gestion de projets data analytics et/ou data science, idéalement dans un milieu industriel et international.
  • Vous avez une expérience en gestion d'équipe et en coordination transversale sur plusieurs projets en parallèle.
  • Vous possédez des compétences en SQL, modélisation de données et Power BI. Une compétence sur l'environnement Azure est un plus.
  • Vous avez des connaissances sur les principes de data collection. Des connaissances des solutions liées aux données, à l'IA, à l'analyse et aux statistiques sont un plus.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et êtes ouvert aux déplacements géographiques ponctuels.

Activities

Vous serez responsable de la gestion complète de vos projets, de l'exploration des besoins à l'implémentation en production. En suivant une méthodologie agile, vous assurerez le maintien en condition opérationnelle et les évolutions avec les intégrateurs.

Ces projets en lien avec le big data, l'IA, l'analytique et les statistiques, viseront à industrialiser des solutions déployables dans nos usines de fabrication.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez en charge de :
  • Réaliser les phases exploratoires des projets pour une décision d'industrialisation potentielle de la solution
  • Piloter opérationnellement la construction de solutions techniques des projets dont il/elle est responsable
  • Superviser la livraison des solutions, et réaliser avec le Product Owner métier les phases de user acceptance test ainsi que de conduite de changement auprès du Business
  • Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnel des solutions livrées
  • Challenger les différentes équipes en allant de l'architecture technique au métier
  • Coordonner les équipes projet (squad, data scientists, product owner, sponsors)
  • Conduire les revues opérationnelles (planification, validation du ROI, engagement des utilisateurs)
  • Réaliser l'animation et le reporting des différents instances projets (COPIL, COPRO, Control Tower...)

  • S'assurer que les projets respectent les règles d'architecture et principes de cybersécurité de la Compagnie

  • Entretenir son réseau avec les différents acteurs : les usines, les fonctions centrales, la Digital Factory de TotalEnergies, les intégrateurs ...

Context & Environment

Rattaché(e) au département Data Corporate, vous serez responsable du pilotage et de la coordination des équipes IT et métiers sur l'ensemble des phases projets pour les différentes entités du groupe SAFT (Filiale de TotalEnergies, 4500 personnes, 16 sites industriels dans 19 pays, 31 agences commerciales).

Vous travaillerez en relation avec les équipes opérationnelles des différents sites et services de SAFT, l'IT Corporate, la Digital Factory de TotalEnergies et les éditeurs / intégrateurs dans le respect des contraintes de budget, de planning, de standards applications / infrastructure et de cybersécurité.
