SAP Factory Lead (H/F)

Le siège social est basé à Courbevoie (La Défense), avec 3 jours de télétravail par semaine possibles. Nous recherchons également des profils internationaux (Full remote).

Le programme GET vise à mettre en place le futur modèle de gestion et d'informatique avec une plateforme centrale "one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG".Le contexte fonctionnel du programme couvre un ensemble de domaines fonctionnels comprenant la comptabilité, le contrôle de gestion et l'approvisionnement en tant que domaines principaux, récemment étendus aux modules commerciaux.

Le programme GET offre une opportunité unique d'intégrer l'un des programmes de transformation d'entreprise les plus ambitieux et les plus stratégiques, avec une empreinte informatique très importante, S/4 et SAP ARIBA étant les composants informatiques centraux. L'innovation est au cœur du programme GET avec l'ambition de mettre en œuvre les meilleurs processus et solutions.

Le rôle du Factory Lead est de renforcer l'équipe informatique de GET et, au sein de l'équipe GET IT OPERATIONS, d'être responsable de la livraison de toutes les usines.

Ce rôle sera N-2 du GET IT Lead et directement rattaché au GET IT Operations Lead.

Votre mission :
  • En charge de la supervision de toutes les usines (Data Migration, Development, authorization, ....) à l'exception de l'usine Middleware (supervisée par le lead intégration) :
  • Assurer une industrialisation des méthodes de travail (processus, outillage, KPI, ...)
  • Contrôler les services (RUN & BUILD) et s'assurer de la conformité au SLA
  • Gérer les responsables des usines GET : Data migration lead, Report & analytics lead & development lead
  • Gérer les sujets chauds et les crises
  • Pour 3 usines (Traduction, Back-office et Autorisation) :
  • Directement responsable de la livraison
  • Sélectionner, mettre en œuvre et maintenir l'outillage pour assurer les opérations
  • Définir le modèle de livraison, mettre en place l'équipe appropriée et les contrats associés.
  • Note : toutes les usines sont gérées par GBS IT, qui est responsable de toutes les activités opérationnelles.
  • Superviser les relations globales avec toutes les parties prenantes : équipes GET (Roll-out & RUN), GBS IT et les usines partenaires.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des revenus (contrôles internes) - Définir et contrôler les documents et la liste de contrôle adéquats.


Votre profil :

Poste à responsabilité nécessitant une expérience significative dans des projets SAP de grande envergure.

Vous possédez une première expérience dans la direction d'usines mondiales et avez une capacité à diriger des organisations matricielles et à coordonner des équipes importantes en mode projet.

Rigoureux, capable de trouver le bon équilibre entre l'industrialisation et les besoins quotidiens.

Vous parlez anglais couramment.
