Candidate Profile

  • Titulaire Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou universitaire).
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en informatique, gestion de produits ou en conception UX dans des solutions logicielles d'entreprise.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l'energy management.
  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

Activities

Ses missions sont les suivantes :

• Structurer le cycle de développement du produit en s'appuyant sur une connaissance approfondie des clients

• Concevoir des parcours utilisateurs efficaces et créatifs (idéation, wireframes, interfaces...)

• Diriger la recherche et les données utilisateurs, la conception des fonctionnalités, l'émission de tickets, la priorisation en fonction des revenus et la documentation produit.

• Analyser l'état actuel pour identifier les fonctionnalités à venir et améliorer l'expérience de nos utilisateurs en soutenant les besoins de l'entreprise

• Respecter les meilleures pratiques ergonomiques, les règles d'accessibilité et se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie.

• Appliquer, contrôler et maintenir notre système de conception (UI Kit Figma)

• Conduire et animer des ateliers de découverte avec différentes équipes internes et parties prenantes

• Tester les interfaces et les faire évoluer en fonction des résultats obtenus

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Technical Product Manager chargé de mettre en œuvre notre roadmap.

Au sein d'une équipe produit de 6 personnes, formée de développeurs full-stack, back-end et front-end, le product manager travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le service clientèle et les canaux de vente.
