Activities
TotalEnergies is looking for a Completions, Intervention and Subsea Engineer, who will join our Drilling and Wells team which is active in 42 countries across the globe.The Drilling and Wells team is a community leading the way in delivering sustainable wells, in line with TotalEnergies ambition and United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The position is based in Pau, France however several missions within or outside France shall be expected.
As a Completions, Intervention and Subsea Engineer, you will have the following main missions:
- Be leader in all HSE aspects of the operations, you will manage and strive for an incident free environment
- Implement completion, workover or subsea interventions program in line with our referential
- Manage service companies on site and coordinate activities
- Report the operational outcome and liaise permanently with the base
- Be part of the Drilling Improvement Process in order to improve our operational efficiency
After some time on site, you will also have the possibility to apply for a position on a resident basis,
in an affiliate as well as in Head Quarters with the following duties:
- Carry out completion, workover or subsea intervention engineering studies
- Support ongoing compleitons, workover, subsea and intervention projects in the subsidiaries
- Prepare technical documents, and participate in meetings/presentations with authorities and Partners
- Follow up project planning and ensure technical procedures and referential are followed
- Be part of the daily operations follow up (cost, performance...) and propose improvement
- Participate in goods and services calls for tenders, writing technical specifications and evaluating technical proposals
