Service Description: Subsea Lead Contract Engineering Services

About the Role: Join the Venus Project team and play a crucial role in managing the contractual and procurement activities for SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) and SPS (Subsea Production Systems) packages. Your expertise will support the Project Control Manager, Project Contract Lead, and Subsea Manager, ensuring seamless contractual processes from the pre-project phase through to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold company ethics, Code of Conduct, and HSSE standards.
  • Develop and manage contracting strategies.
  • Handle contractual relationships and compliance throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinate tender processes, negotiations, and contractor communications.
  • Provide strategic contractual, commercial, and administrative support.
  • Lead internal and external contractual correspondence and reporting.
  • Ensure contractor compliance and project optimization.
Your Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years in contract management with 10+ years in large offshore oil & gas projects, specifically in SURF and SPS contracts.
  • Effective communication, negotiation skills, autonomous work ethic, and team collaboration.
  • Proficient in English.
