- In this role, you will provide second andthird-level support in the customer's own ticket system and provideuser support for software and hardware queries and faults.
- You create problem analyses and areresponsible for the systematic preparation of tickets for theinternal development department.
- You willalso be responsible for maintaining the database system (Oracle)and supporting Windows servers and clients.
- You will be responsible for monitoring the customer's own softwaresystems and some customer installations with CheckMK
- You support the planning, conception and implementationof topics in the software environment of our customers
- You have successfully completed an ITapprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in theadministration of IT systems or IT service management.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft infrastructuresand services (Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services)
- You have knowledge of network technologies,domain structures, virtualization mechanisms, server services andhave some scripting experience.
- You havein-depth knowledge of Oracle and manage our network just assecurely as the Active Directory.
- You arecommunicative, customer and service-oriented and a team player
- Very good German and good English skillsround off your profile.
