Come onboard with the ATR Labour Relations, Social/Reward Policies and Labour Law team and become ATR Compensation & Benefits Specialist of our HR directorate in Franck's Team You will work with 5 passionate colleagues to make a difference in a human size company with attractive advantages
What will be your role?
Compensation & Benefits :
- Contribute to the design and operational implementation of reward policies linked with the ATR People and HR global strategy
- Ensure the deployment of C&B campaigns (performance/variable pay, salary increases, spot bonus, commercial bonus) : SIRH implementation, Guidelines for managers, HRBP advices, results consolidation, presentation to CODIR, notifications, payroll implementation
- Prepare, contribute and participate to negotiations with Unions related to C&B topics
- Contribute to and participate in the Airbus Group's C&B partners network in France (community of practice)
- Define C&B guidelines and tools to support ATR business and HR team
HR Controlling :
- HR focal point for Finance, follow-up of labour cost with finance (monthly bridge/forecast vs actual)
- Salary mass analysis
- Linked between Reward Operations and Finance for annual social declarations
- Labour cost costing for internal controlling & for European specific projects
International Mobility :
- On a shared activity with Airbus' international mobility expert teams : coordinator for international policies : packages, social coverage and legal, manage the departure of the seconds/expatriates: benefits in kind, immigration, relocation, settlement assistance, ect.), manage stakeholders (Host HR, providers, etc...).

- Knowledge of compensation systems and Compensation and Benefits in general

- Fluency in English (B2/C1) and French, Italian is a plus
