Dans le cadre d'un renfort, mon client recherche son futur SysOps H/F. Le rythme de travail est de 2 jours de télétravail par semaine, 3 jours sur site . Responsable du RUN et MCO dans son environnement, le rôle du SysOps consiste à : Traiter des tickets et résoudre des incidents ou demandes en escalade sur la base des périmètres et des compétences techniques demandées par les Product Leaders et/ou le Service Manager Ops Effectuer le transfert de compétences et rédiger les procéduures à destination des équipes de supervision Participer à la formation des équipes de supervision et/ou support utilisateurs. Participer à l?amélioration continue en lien avec le Service Manager Ops. -Participer aux astreintes sur son périmètre technologique. Assurer le pilotage des projets standards du build et de sa réalisation.Intervenir en tant que ressource technique dans les projets. Etre le responsable du déploiement et du bon déroulement des mises en production.Profil candidat:Vous possédez 4 ans d'expérience minimum en tant que SysOps .
