Nous recrutons un(e) Consultant Clinical Management System H/F pour une mission en prestation au sein d'un prestigieux groupe pharmaceutique à partir de Janvier 2026 à Saclay. Notre client est un laboratoire pharmaceutique international qui s'engage pour le progrès thérapeutique au bénéfice des patients, en lien avec les professionnels de santé. Sa croissance repose sur la recherche constante d'innovation dans trois grandes aires thérapeutiques. Principales responsabilités * Interagir avec le DDIS pour suivre, surveiller et assurer la résolution des problèmes techniques liés aux systèmes. * Identifier, représenter et défendre les besoins des utilisateurs auprès de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information et des autres parties prenantes (fournisseur, QA, etc.). * Veiller à ce que la documentation qualité liée aux systèmes soit à jour. * S'assurer que les utilisateurs soient correctement formés sur les outils. * Participer au déploiement, aux mises à jour et à la validation des améliorations des systèmes. * Surveiller l'utilisation des systèmes et traiter les écarts en proposant des actions correctives et préventives. * Garantir l'exécution/la supervision des activités opérationnelles liées aux systèmes (tâches administratives, activités centralisées, etc.). Profil * Diplôme de master en sciences ou en ingénierie. * 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de systèmes. * Expériences préalables dans la gestion des solutions Veeva, en particulier eTMF. * Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en recherche clinique et des réglementations des essais cliniques (ICH-GxP). * Connaissance de la validation des systèmes informatisés. * Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral). * Des compétences en gestion de projet seraient un atout.* Diplôme de master en sciences ou en ingénierie. * 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de systèmes. * Expériences préalables dans la gestion des solutions Veeva, en particulier eTMF. * Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en recherche clinique et des réglementations des essais cliniques (ICH-GxP). * Connaissance de la validation des systèmes informatisés. * Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral). * Des compétences en gestion de projet seraient un atout.
