At Change The Work, we specialize in creating e-learning content with a unique editorial style - using fiction to engage learners Specifically, we produce web series and utilize existing movies and TV shows to train employees. We offer a catalog of off-the-shelf content covering topics such as HR, Management, Soft Skills, Ecological Transition, and Regulatory Compliance, as well as customized content tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We partner with clients from different size and backgrounds around projects that truly matter to their employees’s growth.


We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Training Project Manager.


In this role, you will be responsible for two key aspects of the job:


  • Creating new training content for our shelf topics in HR, Management, Soft Skills, Ecological Transition, and Regulatory Compliance. You will be responsible for developing content, preparing for shoots, editing and integrating the content on Rise.
  • Accompanying our clients on their various custom training projects which requires project management as well as pedagogical engineering skills. After understanding their needs and frame the project with them (key learnings, structure, scenario, etc) you will need to make it happen. You need to be able to create structure as well as content on Elearning platforms, mostly rise. The trainings we design can be full digital (elearning, webseries, etc) or phygital (with training sessions). Our job is to understand their needs, offer structure and content so they can make their project real.


In all these missions, you will work closely with the CEO and will be supported by a production team (cameraman, editor, technicians, actors).


Salary range: 35-40K depending on profile


A little more about you :


  • We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker.
  • Capacity in writing and copy writing in both languages.
  • Capacity or interest to work with collaborative tools such as asana, slack, Gdrive, Canva etc..
  • Experience in digital pedagogical design and has used the Articulate Suite before.
  • Competence in project management.
  • An interest in audiovisual production is a plus.
