LYNX RH Biarritz, a recruitment firm specializing in executive and expert profiles, is recruiting for one of its clients, a well-established industrial player specialized in the extrusion and processing of technical plastic films, a Sales Manager with a strong business development and hunter mindset.

This position requires candidates to be based in Germany, with regular travel within the country and internationally.

Vos missions

Reporting to the Sales Management, you will be a key driver of sales development in France and internationally.

As a true hunter, you thrive on opening new accounts, identifying opportunities, and winning business in demanding technical markets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Defining and executing a commercial conquest strategy within your target markets.
- Actively prospecting new industrial clients and identifying high-potential opportunities.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Negotiating commercial terms (pricing, volumes, delivery times, contracts).
- Representing the company at trade fairs and professional events in France and abroad.
- Working closely with internal teams (sales administration, production, quality, R&D) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance indicators, with a clear objective: revenue growth.

Salary negotiable based on experience and profile

Pré-requis

- You are autonomous, persistent, curious, and motivated by challenges.
- You are comfortable with office tools and CRM systems.
- You are fluent in English and German
- Experience with technical plastic films (embossed, siliconized, etc.) would be a plus.

Profil recherché

Your profile: a true hunter, strategist, and business developer

- You have at least 10 years of proven sales experience in an industrial or technical environment, ideally within packaging or plastics.
- You are first and foremost a business developer, strongly results-driven and focused on new customer acquisition.
- You enjoy prospecting, opening new markets, and building sustainable customer relationships.
