MIGSO-PCUBED, leader international en Management de Projet Industriel, 3500 collaborateurs, est en forte croissance en France. La Direction de L’Innovation et de la Performance de Service renforce ses équipes de Business Unit Technical Leaders (BUTL) en Ile de France.



Les BUTL apportent des solutions permettant le contrôle et le challenge de la performance du delivery pour le compte d’une direction d’agence régionale et conduisent des projets de transformations visant à développer et diffuser l’expertise PMO dans un contexte de transformation digitale et de forte croissance.


En tant que Business Unit Technical Leader, vous aurez en charge les responsabilités suivantes :


Support business en étroite collaboration avec la direction de votre agence.

  • Organisation et animation du plan de développement de la performance du delivery
  • Support et expertise en Management de Projet (PMO) sur des offres et engagement complexes ou à risques.
  • Conduite d’actions de recovery ou de transformation avec les équipes de consultants ayant pour objectifs le développement de la valeur des services PMO dans le cadre de nos contrats.
  • Développement et animation du réseau d’experts permettant le développement des compétences et le partage des bonnes pratiques PMO au niveau local


Conduite de projets de transformation internationaux portés par la Direction de l’Innovation et de la Performance des Services pour le compte du groupe MP

  • Projets en lien avec le développement du knowledge management : capitalisation, développement des compétences et partage de bonnes pratiques PMO
  • Projets d’innovation dans un contexte de transformation des métiers et services liés à la PMO


Vous êtes passionné.e par votre métier en tant que PMO , et vous souhaitez avoir une activité de terrain vous permettant d’avoir un impact sur la livraison de projets au contact de nos clients et de nos consultants.


Enfin vous souhaitez contribuer activement au développement des pratiques et services PMO dans un contexte de transformation digitale.



WHO ARE YOU ?

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience en gestion de projet/PMO d’au moins 5 ans dans un environnement industriel.
  • Vous êtes diplômé universitaire idéalement d’une formation Ingénieur ou Mastère Spécialisé
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais, le français
  • Vous êtes doté d'un très bon relationnel et souhaitez apporter de la valeur ajoutée dans tout ce que vous entreprenez
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership, votre esprit de synthèse
  • Vous êtes polyvalent et curieux
  • Bon communiquant, vous aimez le terrain et la production


Rigoureux, enthousiaste et fédérateur, vous êtes également reconnu pour vos qualités de leadership et vous aimez le challenge dans un contexte multiculturel.
