As a key contributor to Salomons marketing efforts the Marketing Campaign & Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing seasonal campaign activations delivering integrated marketing toolboxes and ensuring 360 coordination across all consumer touchpoints. From identifying trends and insights to managing content creation budget planning and logistics the position plays a crucial role in shaping impactful brand experiences and optimizing campaign performance.

  • Contribute to the creation and/or of seasonal concepts
    • Develop relevant and differentiated seasonal campaign activations
    • Benchmark competitors
    • Codefine specific insights / trends / consumer traits  
    • Deliver appropriate content as part of global campaign (competition event campaign etc.
      • Define and deliver seasonal toolboxes
      • Develop guidelines for all consumer touch points (e.g. shops digital sports marketing public relations photos/videos etc.
      • Ensure planning budget management and timely delivery of integrated marketing toolboxes
      • Codevelop specific content (window display product graphics technologies and campaigns product photos etc.
      • Share updates to countries throughout the marketing process (sellin sellthrough sellout)
        • Coordinate with marketing specialists (shops digital sports marketing public relations photos/videos) to maximise 360 integration
          • Coordinate contracts with external providers and related internal services

Specific activities:

  • Integrate in logistics systems all developed tools
    • Establish references
    • Coordinate suppliers and logistics services
    • Monitor stocks and restock accordingly
      • Consolidate and share reports linked to campaign performance

Qualifications :

  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing and communication or specific expertise ideally in the sports sector / sportwear company
  • Good command of Pack Office
  • Must be creative and results oriented while working with high energy
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire and communicate
  • Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt in an international environment

Foreign languages:  Written and oral English fluency required. French is a plus.
