À propos de l'entreprise :

Fondée en 2019, notre client est une Fintech, d’une dizaine de personnes, qui a effectué sa première levée de fonds en 2021. Le produit permet l'intégration de services financiers dans les produits de ses clients. Nous recherchons un(e) Chief of Staff talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour contribuer à la croissance et au succès en jouant un rôle clé dans la gestion et la coordination des activités de notre client.


Missions :


Finance :

- Assurer le suivi de la comptabilité quotidienne en collaboration avec les experts-comptables.

- Mettre à jour et suivre le cash plan (CA facturé et dépenses).

- Gérer la facturation et le recouvrement.

- Proposer des optimisations pour réduire les coûts de l’entreprise.


Ressources Humaines :

- Gérer la paie et l'administration RH.

- Suivre les onboardings des nouveaux collaborateurs.

- Mettre en place une politique RH & RSE en collaboration avec la direction.

- Sourcer des candidats pour les besoins de recrutement interne.

- Fédérer les équipes via des évènements / team building une fois par mois


Opérations :

- Supporter l'équipe commercial lors d’events

- Benchmark des différents acteurs du marché

- Contribuer au knowledge management par l’organisation et mise à jour

- Assurer le suivi et la formation des équipes sur les différents outils


Marketing & Communication :

- Maintenir et mettre à jour le site internet.

- Créer des supports de communication interne et externe.

- Élaborer un calendrier annuel d'événements avec la Direction.


Gouvernance :

- Planifier les instances de gouvernance de l’entreprise avec la Direction

- Identifier les événements et prix pertinents pour accroître la visibilité de l’entreprise sur le marché.


Profil recherché :

- 5 à 8 ans d’expériences

- Anglais Fluent

- Vous êtes organisé(e), intrapreneur, proactif(ve) et fédérateur(trice).

- Vous avez une expérience significative dans des rôles similaires.

- Vous possédez de solides compétences en finance et comptabilité.

- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des pratiques RH et de la gestion des opérations.

- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et une capacité à travailler en équipe.



Conditions:

- 60-70K€ (flexible selon le profil) + BSPCE

- Full remote
