L'Offshore Wind Foundation Lead a pour mission principale de veiller à la bonne exécution des projets offshore portés par le Groupe depuis la phase développement jusqu’à la mise en service de l’installation en se focalisant sur les aspects techniques.
Le poste est basé à Port-La-Nouvelle, des déplacements à l'international sont à prévoir.
MISSIONS
L’Offshore Wind Foundation Lead aura les compétences nécessaires pour pouvoir orienter les sociétés de développement de projets vers les choix de solutions techniques adaptées.
Il interviendra (60 % du temps) sur les projets écossais en cours de développement (projet attribué > 2 GW) en association avec DEME offshore dans la société commune TWP basée à Edimbourg . Il saura challenger les choix réalisés par TWP et les équipes du projet. Il apportera son expertise technique dans le cadre des réponses aux appels d’offres français de 10 GW à venir (30% du temps) et pourra ponctuellement appuyer les filiales du groupe Qair dans ses développements offshores (10% du temps).
Cette mission se traduit par plusieurs responsabilités :
- Être le référent technique dans le cadre de projets offshore éoliens et participer à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de la profession ;
- Être le référent technique en Eolien offshore flottant ou posé ;
- Être un point focal de communication pour les activités d’ingénierie des différents lots d’un projet Eolien Offshore, à savoir fondations flottantes, éoliennes, raccordement, construction, transport et installation ;
- Participer aux réunions techniques dans le cadre de définition de projets offshore éoliens ;
- Participer aux négociations des contrats de construction pour les différents lots de construction (annexes techniques, matrices d’interface, etc) ;
- Fournir des recommandations techniques aux Packages Managers et Directeur de Projet ;
- S’assurer de la préparation et de la disponibilité des moyens humains, techniques, nautiques, logistiques, d’infrastructures ;
- Promouvoir les règles HSE au sein des équipes et contribuer à leurs améliorations ;
- Participer à la définition de la mise en œuvre du Plan d’Intervention d’Urgence ;
- Si nécessaire en phase d’exécution coordonner une équipe en charge des différents lots (package manager) ;
- Répondre aux non-conformités techniques en lien avec le HSE ;
- Adhérer et promouvoir le Système de Management du projet ;
- Promouvoir les règles Qualité au sein des équipes et contribuer à leurs améliorations ;
- Rester informé des mises à jour du système Qualité ;
- S’assurer de l’intégration des réserves associées aux autorisations dans les documents techniques ;
- Optimisation des solutions de raccordement, et négociation avec les gestionnaires de réseaux.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Formation supérieure en ingénierie, de préférence en éolien offshore/naval/O&G.
Vous bénéficiez d’une ou plusieurs expériences similaires que vous pourrez partager par vos compétences, et qui vous permettront d’être rapidement opérationnel(le).
Une très bonne maitrise de l’anglais est un prérequis fondamental. Vous maitrisez la gestion de projet complexes et/ou techniques.
L’Autonomie, la force de proposition, la rigueur, l’ouverture d’esprit, l’esprit de synthèse et de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles sont des qualités nécessaires pour ce poste.
