Missions :
- Assurer la gestion de projet, y compris l'élaboration des plans englobant l'ensemble des phases du projet (lancement, exécution, validation, etc.) et la planification des ressources.
- Animer la présentation du planning et de l'avancement du projet afin de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, garantissant ainsi la compréhension des objectifs et la satisfaction des clients.
- Recueillir les besoins en ressources, assurer la gestion des équipements et la traçabilité des matériaux, tout en identifiant les problématiques et en formulant des solutions.
- Superviser la sécurité des opérations à chaque étape du projet en faisant preuve de sens des responsabilités.
- Veiller à ce que les projets des clients soient livrés avec une qualité élevée et dans les délais impartis.
- Assurer la validation du projet, résumer les enseignements tirés et mettre en place une amélioration continue.
- Favoriser une synergie optimale avec l'équipe technique et commerciale, tout en encourageant une communication ouverte en interne. Rendre compte périodiquement de son activité à sa hiérarchie.
Compétences requises :
- Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de projet (planning, cahier des charges…, méthode Pert, Gantt, CMMI, 6 sigma…) et des différents outils associés.
- Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication et des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
- Maîtrise du chinois est indispensable. Un bon niveau de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral serait un avantage apprécié.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, prendre des décisions éclairées, et travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Une maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet est également requise.
Diplômes requis :
- Écoles d’ingénieurs généralistes ou spécialisées dans la mécanique, l’électronique, etc.
- Bac + 4/5 scientifique/ économie/commerce/gestion
