Aujourd'hui QBE Europe recrute un Senior Compliance Monitoring O fficer basé(e) a Paris ou Bruxelles.
Votre nouveau rôle
Délivrer les contrôles de conformité
Effectuer et accompagner les ajustements nécessaires dans le respect du cadre règlementaire (Conduct risks, Solvency II, PRA, NBB and Lloyd's)
Epauler le Responsable du contrôle de conformité afin de permettre la mise en place et le bon déroulement du plan d'action de contrôle de conformité
Soutenir le Responsable du contrôle de conformité en veillant ajuster le plan de conformité Europe aux objectifs du plan annuel.
Assurer les actions planifiées de seconde ligne de défense et les revues de contrôle thématiques
Présenter et reporter les résultats aux Responsables de départements
Conduire des contrôles approfondis et de routine à distance et sur site
Dans le cadre des contrôles de conformité, surveiller les déclarations liées aux frais notamment
Le rôle comporte certains déplacements à la fois en Grande Bretagne et en Europe
À propos de vous
- Doté (e) d'excellentes qualités relationnelles vous adoptez une attitude constructive et appréciez le travail en équipe.
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'influence
- Vous avez un niveau d'anglais courant (lu, parlé, écrit)
- La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout
- Idéalement, vous possédez une expérience d'au moins deux ans en tant qu'auditeur dans le domaine des services financiers ou avez travaille au moins deux ans en compliance au sein d'une société d'assurance
