We're on the hunt for a Digital R&D Product Owner – a visionary hero ready to lead our quest in discovering new drugs and enhancing trial efficiency with the magic of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
Your Quest:
- Be the visionary: Own the product's "What" and "Why," crafting a roadmap that's aligned with our epic mission, fueled by market research, customer insights, and a sprinkle of competitive wizardry.
- Lead the charge: Work with a band of heroes across the business, forging alliances with commercial, research, tech, operations, and marketing to deliver value at lightning speed.
- Wear the crown: As a mini-CEO of this digital realm, you'll co-define strategies, drive product delivery, and optimize for impact, all while inspiring your team with a vision of what's possible.
Requirements:
Experience: A seasoned adventurer in product management or digital solution crafting, with tales of valor in healthcare or biotech. A past life in a healthcare company? That's a golden feather in your cap.
Soft Skills: A charismatic leader with a vision that sparks inspiration, a communicator of legends, and a strategist with a knack for making things happen against all odds.
