DEPARTMENT : GROUP IT

Global IT Strategy :
In collaboration with AXA entities, Markets and Corporate Functions, Group IT defines the Group’s technology strategy and leads its implementation to enable innovation and business growth, while ensuring quality of service aligned with business - driven priorities
IT Services :
IT Services serves entities and markets segments as the catalysts for Cloud adoption and the industrialization of operations, while optimizing costs.
The target organization aims to provide predictable, easy - to - work - with and efficient IT services.

DOMAIN PRESENTATION
The Backend infrastructure and transversal tools Products department support the global strategy of the group through managing the backend infrastructure implementations and providing support on several transversal tools & products' streams to ensure complete efficiency and help entities achieve their goals.
• Build the Platform, manage its evolution and maintenance
• Define priorities and implementation roadmap

In the product department, the “Backend Infra & Tools” team missions are to:
• Design, Build Backup server solutions
• Design, Build File Share for solutions for OnPremise storage and AWS & Azure features
• Maintain Storage Arrays solutions
• Design, Build Compute and new generation of on premise IAAS hosting solutions for servers
• Design, build File Transfers solutions

Significant parallel work and reprioritization require a strong adoption of an Agile methodology for delivering the Product's new features.

We are looking for an experienced scrum master to oversee and guide our squads, notably FDMs, developers and testers. The scrum master's responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow an Agile (e.g. scrum) framework values and practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.

Main Activities :

• Design, adapt and implement an agile methodology's values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

• Train, mentor, and support the project and product teams.

• Define and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

• Schedule and facilitate meetings and decision-making.

• Monitor and improve progress and performance.

• Support the planning and organization of demos, testing, UAT and Pilots/Dry-runs.

• Ensuring proper collaboration with external teams and vendors.

• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

• Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources, streamline workflow for resource requisition and allocation

Your Profile

EXPECTED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position, with IT Technical program management.

• To be comfortable in a matrix organization.

• To be process and quality oriented.

• Be fluent in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tooling, e.g. MS Project, Jira.

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Experience in a complex transformation environment and complex programs.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliability and accuracy of analyses as key factors.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• International experience and cross functional skills.

• Be comfortable in a highly dynamic environment and promote change.

• Able to adapt to changing environments, keep calm and know how to deal with stress.
