As a Senior Operations Analyst, European Research, you will work closely with our Vice President, European Research to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of accurate data as we build out our products to support new markets. You will work with in-country teams of Directors and Managers to ensure that the Research function is optimized through its structure, management information, and core practices. You will understand how, as we enter new countries, market nuance will impact operating procedure and ensure that we remain able to produce accurate, timely and relevant data in all markets into which we expand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside the Vice President of European Research to ensure the right structures and processes exist for efficient accurate build of our data.
- Working with in-country Directors and Managers to ensure we have the right measures, and monitoring in place to support the build out of our data base.
- Evaluate workflows to identify improved processes through product development, metrics, and daily routines.
- Develop a suite of KPIs, and Dashboards that ensure our Researcher population can deliver data content in timely manner.
- Developed understanding with database technology with proficiency in dealing with data formats including SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other formats.
- Support all work management and quality control processes.
- Identify and address all opportunities to ensure robust quality assurance. You will ensure the right checks and audits are in place to build the highest quality content.
- Provide comprehensive overview of function performance to European and Global Leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate headcount needs, ensuring an optimal balance between individual productivity and function wide staffing levels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree Qualified or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience with database technology with proficiency in dealing with data formats including SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other formats (ex. Snowflake).
- Extensive experience in data analytics – structured/ unstructured and predictive/descriptive data.
- A strong understanding of data, data integrity and governing legislation such as GDPR.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ideally you will have an understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry though this is not essential.
