Seargin is a global leader in tech innovation, partnering with top-tier clients to deliver cutting-edge SAP solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with experience with FSCM to join our remote team in Europe.

Project/Purpose:

Senior SAP FICO Consultant with focus on tax/general accounting/management accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide best technical solution & Architectural design providing strategic direction and oversight to owners of components that comprise the solution.
  • Create technical design documents, assessment of technologies and solutions Functional & Technical Assessment of the solution.
  • Configuration and customization of solutions is executed consistently to meet user requirements.
  • Take active part in the solution's lifecycle management to ensure that any solution fulfills known and understood business requirements.
  • Test cases are provided in each project or major change to check if the solution is fit for purpose.
  • Participate as contributor and be accountable for Technical delivery of the user requirement, system design, configuration, Testing and system verification activities and deployment of solutions.
  • Work & Support Product Manager, Product Owner and other IT/Business stakeholders in delivering the Product Roadmap.
  • Provides oversight and escalation for adherence to IT standards (including security, privacy, quality and process) and compliance with requirements of regulatory bodies.

Requirements 'must have'

  • Strong FICO knowledge in designing and implementing end-to-end processes.
  • Experience with FSCM.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end accounting and finance daily operation, period end closing.
  • SAP hands-on experience in FI integration to other modules/solutions e.g. logistics, controlling and consolidation.
  • SAP hands-on experience in FI-GL, FI-Tax & MA.
  • Finance functional lead, Finance coordinator or project manager preferred.
  • More than 8 years of experience in SAP implementation or support.
  • Strong communication ability.
  • Very good oral and written English language skills.
  • Demonstrating essential expertise in a global, multicultural, time-zone-spanning work environment, preferably.
  • Able to work independently and to be self-organized.
  • Good understanding of Scrum Methodology & Scaled Agile Framework.

Requirements 'nice to have'

  • Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus.
  • S/4HANA nice to have, not required.
